For campers going into 2nd through 6th grades.
Week 3: Culinary Travels. Calling all chefs! We’ve got your passport ready. Let’s take a world tour and enjoy flavorful favorites from each country we visit. From handmade pasta in Italy to madeline cookies in France, our recipes are sure to take you on a delicious culinary adventure. Grab a friend, pack up your adventure bags and let’s get cooking!
Week 4: Chocolate Factory. Calling all chocolatiers! Join us as we transform our kitchen into a chocolate factory, whipping up classic and unique chocolate treats. From deliciously sweet molten lava cakes to scrumptious black and white cookies, we’ll whip up all of our favorite desserts to share with family and friends!
Week 5: Bakeshop. Cookies, cupcakes and cakes- oh my! Join us as we get creative with designs and decorations to make beautiful and tasty sweet treats. From drizzles to piping, sprinkles to fondant, this camp focuses on all types of decorating techniques. We’ll bake up rainbow donuts, decorate sugar cookies with homemade royal icing, create a custom mini birthday cake, and more! Grab a friend and let’s get baking!
Week 6: Chocolate Lovers. Crazy about chocolate? So are we! Join us as we make chocolate recipes from A to Z. In this tasty camp we’ll put our culinary creativity to the test as we whip up mouthwatering treats both savory and sweet. So grab a friend and let’s get cooking!
Week 7: Great American Bake Off. Calling all Bakers! Join us as we master baking techniques from kneading dough to creaming butter and sugar as we recreate favorite American recipes. From s’mores pop tarts, to tie-dye bagels and good old fashioned apple pie, each budding chef will become a baking master in the making. Grab a friend and let’s get baking!
Week 8: All American Road Trip Beep, beep! Join us for a culinary road trip across America. Get ready to taste your way through our country’s regional flavors as we head n this sweet and savory chef’s adventure. From Bagels in New York City to Deep Dish Pizza in Chicago, each day we’ll explore the local zest of new cities throughout the U.S.A. Buckle up your apron and let’s get cooking!
Week 9: Cupcake and Cookie Bakery. Who loves cupcakes & cookies?! We do! Join us as we put a creative spin on these classics with our favorite sweet and savory recipes. From mac & cheese cupcakes to whoopie pies, we’ll learn culinary techniques, master new skills, and enjoy creativity in the kitchen. Grab a friend and let’s get baking!
Week 10- Baking 101. Learn to bake like the pros as we master techniques for handmade breads, pies, muffins, cookies and cupcakes! Each day we’ll learn a new baking skill from creaming butter and sugar to kneading dough. We’ll whip up both savory and sweet recipes to keep your chefs cheering
Our kids’ cooking camps are the perfect recipe for gaining kitchen confidence, learning essential cooking skills and making new friends.
Wondering about allergies? All of our ingredients are nut-free and vegetarian. We will be using gluten, dairy and eggs throughout the week. We cannot make ingredient substitutions or exclusions.

FunFusion programs offer the ultimate blend of specialized instruction and classic camp adventures, curated to inspire and engage. Each day, your child will spend three hours immersed in premier programming led by our highly-trained vendor partners, providing exceptional learning and growth opportunities. The remainder of the day is filled with traditional camp activities—thoughtfully designed games, creative arts and crafts, refreshing swim sessions, and team-building experiences—all guided by our dedicated Summer at St. John’s staff. This unique combination of expert-led instruction and timeless camp fun delivers an age-appropriate, well-rounded experience that not only excites but enriches, setting the stage for a memorable, high-quality summer of growth and joy.

What to Pack in Your Backpack:
- Refillable water bottle
- Nut free lunch and snack
- Light layer as the A/C will be on in buildings
- Sunscreen – applied before coming and reapplied frequently
- We suggest that cell phones and other electronic devices remain at home. Should they come to camp they should remain in backpacks throughout the program day.
