Recording Studio

In this co-ed program for students in grades 6-12, participants will learn to create their own beats and record original music. Participants will have access to apple laptops, midi piano controllers, live instruments, a basic DAW (digital audio workstation), and SJP’s  recording studio space, complete with microphones, listening monitors, and a 32 channel Behringer mixer. 

Participants are invited to bring their own additional technology, including laptops and preferred DAW, midi controllers, instruments, existing song stems or beats. A range of experience levels are ideal for this creative and student-centered camp. Participants will experiment, explore, create, and share their process and progress in a final sharing session on the last day of the camp, Friday July 26, 2024.  More information on this showcase will be provided after registration.  

Combine this with the morning Strings and Piano program and pay $700 for both programs- that’s a savings of $50!
