SUMMER CAMPS
Chess Camp with Chess Wizards

A camp that focuses on Strategy, Skills, and Friendly Competition for kids entering grades 4 and 5.

Make Your Move! Designed for players of all skill levels, Chess Wizards makes learning chess fun through interactive lessons, games, and friendly competition. Campers build strategy, critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship while developing their skills and confidence at the chessboard.

Campers will learn chess fundamentals, piece movement, positioning, basic strategies, and tactics while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Through interactive lessons and friendly competition, they’ll practice planning ahead, making thoughtful decisions, adapting their strategy, and demonstrating good sportsmanship while building confidence at the chessboard.

This program is run by Chess Wizards and is a full or half day program. Please Note: Full-Day Exploration Camps do not include scheduled pool time due to the structure and schedule of our vendor partners’ programming.

Want to make the most of your camp week? Stay and Play Exploration Camps is a seamless, hassle-free option that allows campers to enjoy the rest of the day after their Exploration Camp program concludes.
