Designed for campers entering grades 4 and 5, Upper Camp offers more independence, bigger challenges, and new opportunities to explore – all within the supportive Camp Chris community.

Campers enjoy an exciting mix of swimming, sports, STEM, rock climbing, archery, arts, outdoor games, and creative activities. Weekly themes, special events, and all-camp activities bring something new to each week and give campers plenty of opportunities to discover new interests.

As campers grow, so does their camp experience. Upper Camp encourages campers to make choices, take on challenges, work as a team, and develop leadership skills while our trained counselors provide the guidance and support they need.

It’s the ideal balance of independence, friendship, challenge, and fun – giving campers space to grow while remaining part of a welcoming community where they can feel confident, connected, and ready for their next adventure.

We’re making it even easier to camp with your friends! Instead of submitting friend requests, families can now choose their camper’s group when registering. Grab your camp buddies, pick your week, and choose the same group – it’s that simple. Get ready for an unforgettable summer with your besties!
