Amusement Park Engineering

This program is designed to explore the exciting world of amusement park rides while learning the engineering concepts that make them work. Using LEGO® bricks, participants design and build their own roller coasters, Ferris wheels, carousels, and other attractions, discovering how forces, motion, and simple machines come together to create fun and safe rides.

Throughout the program, students experiment with wheels, gears, pulleys, and other mechanical components to understand how rides move and function. They are encouraged to test their designs, make improvements, and solve challenges along the way, developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Creature Creator Robotics
This hands-on program combines creativity with practical learning, giving students a chance to apply STEM concepts in an interactive and engaging environment. By the end of the program, students not only gain a better understanding of engineering principles but also experience the satisfaction of bringing their amusement park creations to life.

This program allows students to design, build, and program their own robotic creatures using LEGO® bricks and motorized components. Participants explore how robots move, respond to stimuli, and interact with their environment while learning fundamental robotics and engineering concepts.

Throughout the program, students experiment with sensors, motors, and simple programming to bring their creatures to life. They test, refine, and improve their designs, developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative skills. Collaboration is encouraged as students share ideas and work together to solve challenges, building teamwork and communication skills.

By combining imaginative design with robotics, the Creature Creator Robotics program provides a hands-on, engaging experience that sparks curiosity, creativity, and a love for STEM learning.

This program is run by Snapology and is a full-day program.  Please Note: Full-Day Exploration Camps do not include scheduled pool time due to the structure and schedule of our vendor partners’ programming.
