For campers entering grades 4 and 5

Welcome to Upper Camp at Camp Chris, where campers in grades 4 and 5 embark on a journey of adventure and personal growth. Designed for young explorers transitioning to middle school, our camp fosters independence, friendship, and excitement.

We encourage campers to make new friends through shared activities, building on their existing social skills. At this age, every new camper is a potential friend!

Upper Camp Highlights:

• 1:10 Counselor-to-Camper Ratio: Small groups for personalized attention, ensuring every camper feels supported and engaged. Mixed-gender groups that promote collaboration and friendship.
• Safe and Supportive Environment: Safety is our top priority, with trained counselors creating a secure space where campers can grow and explore.
• Learning Through Adventure: Our programs combine education and exploration, sparking curiosity through nature, storytelling, and creative activities.
• Diverse, Age-Appropriate Activities Campers enjoy a wide range of choices, from swim and sports to STEM, archery, arts & crafts, and special events. All activities are led by skilled staff, providing a fun and enriching experience for every camper.
• Friendship & Teamwork: Campers build lasting friendships and teamwork skills through collaborative play and group adventures.
• Creative Expression: Creativity shines through activities like painting, crafting, and storytelling, helping campers create lasting memories.

• Camp Store Visits: Campers can enjoy special trips to the Camp Store for camp essentials and fun treats.

What to Pack in Your Backpack:
