Our 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩 for grades 4-5 (week 4) AND 6–9 (week 6) introduces campers to improv, acting skills, stage confidence, and the “Yes, And” mindset through games, exercises, and creative collaboration. Perfect for beginners and experienced performers alike!

VAC brings hands-on creativity, collaboration, and 21st-century skills to camp through engaging programs in coding, app design, and entrepreneurship — all taught in small, supportive groups.

We’re officially hiring for Summer 2026 at Summer at St. John’s — and this is much more than just a job. It’s a chance to make an impact, build skills, and spend your summer in a fun, high-energy environment surrounded by kids and community.

👋 Counselor roles are our biggest need, with opportunities for:
𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 (16+ by June 1, 2026)
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 (17+ by June 1, 2026)
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 (18+ by June 1, 2026; leadership & group management roles)

*All counselor roles support camper supervision and help create safe, engaging, unforgettable camp days. **Senior Counselors receive additional training and take on leadership responsibilities.
